Infeed Module
Washes, trims, and conditions incoming straw — adjusting the process based on density and moisture to ensure a homogeneous feedstock regardless of seasonal bale variation.

Press / Compress
Heat and pressure compress conditioned straw into a 60 mm board. Paper facings and controlled adhesive application are integrated into the production process under defined QA/QC parameters.

End / Finishing
The board exits the press, is dried, cut to required length, and edge-sealed. Finished boards are stacked and palletised for despatch.

Every housing programme makes the same promise — hundreds of thousands of new homes — and hits the same wall: the local building system can't scale fast enough. THEODOR 1200 is built to change that. It's a complete, licensable factory — like a 3D printer for building material — that turns local agricultural straw into finished wall boards, in-country.

What It Is
Agricultural straw converted into a repeatable building product.
OSE Board uses compressed cereal straw as its principal raw material. The current manufacturing system includes paper facings and controlled adhesive application under defined process and QA/QC parameters.
The board is designed as part of an engineered wall system. Whether an assembly acts as framed infill, a partition or another wall configuration depends on the approved project design—not on the board in isolation.
Local cereal-straw feedstock can reduce dependence on imported conventional wall materials.
Large-format dry installation supports faster, more repeatable construction workflows.
Production, installation and QA/QC are delivered through OSE's licensing and factory-deployment system.
